Stuart helps make the process of growth and development accessible to anyone ready to step out of their familiar conditioned patterns and move forward with presence and embodied empowerment. As you let go of these addictive and outdated patterns, what is revealed is your true nature. So really this is simply a practice of remembering what is already within you and creating a healthy mind/body/heart container for this radiance to flow.
Private yoga and/or coaching sessions with Stuart can vary from session to session and person to person depending on what is needed for the client at the time. The sessions may include techniques such as:
